The Healthy Living Personal Program
There's no one-size fits all when it comes to health and wellness, especially when it comes to fitness. What works for one body won't work for another. And not to mention that not everyone loves the same thing.
Try different things. Walk. Run. Swim. Garden. CrossFit. Lift. Spin. Yoga. There's room for it all.
Friends, let's just move our bodies every day. Movement is medicine. The benefits of regular physical exercise are immeasurable, both physically and mentally.

The Work
I've heard it said that working out should be like an appointment that you keep with yourself. And taking care of yourself should be just that important to you.
Treat yourself as you would your boss, an important client, or someone you dearly love. This may not come easily at first, but after time, and practice, your brain will catch on to the fact that you deserve time, and deserve to be well taken care of.
This is often where the 'work' comes in. It's not the physical struggle. It's not the clothes , the weights, the cardio. It's the mindset. It's the shift that needs to happen to allow ourselves the time and space we deserve.
