Chocolate and peanut butter and donuts?
Ready in less than 30 mins and oh so good!
•6 tbsp vanilla protein
•5 tbsp PB2
•3 tbsp Truvia
•3 tbsp gluten-free flour of choice
•1/4 tsp baking soda
•1/4 cup egg whites
•3 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
•3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
•1/2 tsp vanilla
•3 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
Combine, pipe into donut pan and bake at 350 F for 15 mins.
For the glaze: combine 3 tbsp PB2, 2 tbsp almond milk, 1.5 tbsp Truvia, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, splash of vanilla. Spread over donuts.
